never use your bed for anything other than sleeping (or sex). whenever u do anything else while lying in bed, especially using your phone you associate being in bed with being awake and so when you actually go to bed to try to sleep your brain doesn’t get the hint as well. as someone who takes ages to fall asleep this helped a fair bit, i still usually take a decent amount of time to fall asleep but it’s a lot less than it used to be

(i study late) so spending some time before bed just scrolling pinterest or reading or dancing or doing smth for myself to stay calm abd have some time for myself. istg ever since i started doing this ive been way less stressed and i get better sleep

liderally showering in the morning and getting in a small workout just bodyweight in my room helped with energy esp with iron deficiency
