I've seen this a few times here but can anyone shed any light if an employer will look at which uni you went to? Or do they moreso look at what grades you got and your personality?

For research jobs, they look for:

- Research experience
- Your track record - e.g. have you published in a peer-reviewed journal?
- Your ability to work as a team
- Good grades
