ok guys .. im in the 3rd of my 4 year agriculutral economics degree, and i wanna transfer to say economics or commerce ... im getting pass and credits ... u guys thing i can transfer ?

and im planning on transferring to local full fee paying ... anyone hv any experieence with this ?

is local full fee paying very popular ?
