i know it's a repetition but there's one more ...

Machines can't be more human than human than a Bladerunner.

However, it this line is also open to another interpretation - technique: "equivocation" (where the meaning is uncertain)

They are "more human" in the sense that they are stronger, faster, smarter, etc.

To add to this connotations almost always work. You can say that for this, the word 'Human' bring to mind of ethical, caring, empathetic beings. But when used in this case is ironic as it is used to describe the Replicants, who are merely mechanics. Despite this, they are able to display more "humane" characteristics than 'humans". I think more human than human is also Tyrell Corporation's motto :)
