well, if you pick up a copy of any magazine most of the articles there are feature articles. they are more light hearted than normal articles(in a news paper), they contain the relevant facts, but are more moulded to the audience (in my opinion, and also imo they are more entertaining as well)

put comments, rhetorical questions, speak directly to the audience

i dont know if these are any help
if i remember i might type up something we got at school. it's just a short thing with some main points to remember (sometimes schools have posters on their walls with this on it)
remind me if you really want it and i don't type it.

here's the thing:

Feature Article

Contexts
  • magazines
  • newspapers
  • newsletters

Language Features
  • often starts with an anecdote illustrating the problem
  • can be written in first person where personal experience or voice of the writer is important
  • issues-based feature articles often use the third person
  • depending on space, uses key pieces of information or evidence
  • usually canvasses different perspectives on the issue or problem
  • stance or contention is sometimes very clear; other times, it is implied by the writers tone or selection of material
  • often concluded by returning to the anecdote told at the start, thus achieving unity
