I've read up about it however I'm not too sure about it. Is the TPC ONLY for Vocational courses?

the TPC has content that's kind of like the HSC.
you do a core subject [a little like english/general education] and then you choose the rest... biology chemistry maths history etc etc
your top 3 subjects are added- you are given a mark called the TES
UAC converts the TES into a UAI for uni admission

TPC is a one year course, if you do it full time. Upon completion, you get a score similar to a UAI, which can help you get into uni.
