what happens if you give your essay to other people in your school and they memorise the same one, is it likely to get caught?

No. HSC is done by hundreds of markers at olympic park or their homes. Unlikely they would even notice if it was given to the same two markers. There's 1/10000 chance its given to the same two markers.
