hey just wondering what will happen to my overall mark in this situation

English Std , Trial mark - 78 , rank 1/25

my teacher told us the mark she sent to the BOS as our internal mark and mine was 85 .
but if i was to go not so well in the HSC exams and get say 70 overall.. what would happen to my mark?!?!
