does anyone have any suggestions or warnings for budding freshmans like myself..

Chemistry. If the sodium fusion experiment doesn't kill you and prevent you from taking any further chemistry units in the future then watch out, you have my condolences.

Stay clear of Chem 208 - Analytical Chemistry.

Overall the Biology Department is unorganised and lacks educated/trained staff/lecturers. You may also find that Biol is essentially interesting yet you'll fall asleep due to the presentation.

Chemistry is quite difficult, one of the hardest units in my opinion. Your lucky they changed the Medical Science requirements this year.

Really don't see anything positive in the course Just do very well first year and god speed.

it sounds really bad from wot uve said..

i mean i love the sciences, and i don't think a few dangerous experiments or a few lacking staff members would put me off biology and chemistry.. but still.. *mutters*

anyway, um yes, i would like to transfer to medicine.. ur a mind reader..

Yes, in a way MedScience is aimed at students wanting to transfer into Medicine. It is possible as long as you get the grades. It would also help to do relevant subjects.

I know people who want to transfer into Med, but I barely see them cause they are always studying.
