What is the government actually doing to save us young drivers money? (1 Viewer)

We know fuel costs a lot. But is the government actually doing anything to respond to this issue?
i know that they offer rebates to the conversion of fuel to gas tanks but what else do they do?
i'm just curious because i feel the government is pretty useless.

Yeah exactly. Why should the government make driving cheaper for, er, young drivers? Take public transport.
