What marks do i need to get? (1 Viewer)

When i leave i want to go to hotel school but im not sure what kinds of marks i should be getting to get into a descent school. I also dont know which subjects of mine i should work harder at for this and i also dont know what kind of UAI i should be aiming for to do this... And do half yearly exams count for much or should I not worry to much about them? :worried:

Thats okay; im sure you can make it.

To get into a Hotel School is generally different. But if we use the Blue Mountains Hotel School, they generally prefer peopel with UAI's over 60.

SO basically its quite easy to do that....
This is what sort of "marks" you need...(and you need to keep them at this average... like it cant be too low from this...)

General Maths - 70+
Standard English - 65+
Business Studies - 70+
Retail Operations - 60+
Legal Studies - 70+
Society & Culture - 70+

Sorry, Im just guessing your subjects...(because it seems you are the person to take these subjects... however i have a feeling you may have... or contemplated dropping busines...)

Besides those are just a guideline.

Oh, Lebanese Chick... just wanted to make a statement...

If your marks are a little lower then that it wont make much of a difference; it should be fine.

(Especially since school assesments are usually harder... and they will scale up).

Example;

You get 50 for school assesments
and 80 for the actual hsc (easily accomplished)

The HSC mark goes up to about 70.
