What should I do?? (1 Viewer)

On the 1st of this month I purchased some seated tickets for the Rolling Stones Sydney show, via the visa-presale on the ticket.com.au site. I chose 'regular mail' as form of delivery. It was either that or box office pick up. (ive never had a probelm with tickets in the mail before, so i didnt really think twice)

The tickets still havent arrived, so im starting to worry, because it seems as though ticketek take no responsiblily for tickets that become lost/stolen/destroyed in the 'regular mail' etc....

They already took the monies out of the account too.

I sent ticketek an email, but no reply yet.

So if the tickets dont arrive what should i do?

Am i completely and utterly fucked or is there a way i can get a hold of my tickets..

Im pretty sure your able to have seated tickets reissued.

Call them.
One time when I ordered tickets from ticketek I was waiting and waiting for them for to arrive for over a month. I paid for regular mail. I called them and they still had them there, they hadn't bothered posting them yet.
