how do we know what textbooks we should be getting, is there like a standard issue or u can buy different brands of books?

go to www.coop-bookshop.com.au or just wait until lectures and they will tell you which texts to buy. Also, don't rush out and buy expensive texts before your lectures...because your lecturer may tell you that you don't need them
