What will Happen to my HSC? (1 Viewer)

So I'm going to a different high school in year 10 (I'm Year 9 right now by the way), and right now, I'm doing an accelerated IPT subject, which is the preliminary course.

I'm not sure if there is an HSC assignment this year in term 4, but if there is, will that go towards my ATAR?

Also, since I'm moving to a different school, I won't be able to continue my IPT accelerated oucrse

However, will the mark from the HSC assignment in term 4 from this year affect my final ATAR in any way? Also, will I be obligated to continue IPT in that school? Will that affect my units?

U should be able to join the year 12 class in ur new school if there is an ipt class. when transferring school they still allow u to continue, tho there might be some sort of test that u have to do to show that you are capable. im not too sure what will happen about ur t4 assessment tho sorry.

What if you don't want to continue IPT in year 12 and instead want to do a different subject instead?

yeah they still give u the option to drop as well

nope if u drop then it isn't counted as one of the 10 mandatory units required for an atar
