What would be the difference between commerce (international) and b.comm majoring int (1 Viewer)

What would be the difference between commerce (international) and b.comm majoring in a language as well as incorporating a 1 year student exchange into the 3 years.

It just sounds like the commerce (international) is a waste of 1 year since its 4 years long.
