So.. What's your favourite place at uni?

When I'm alone- the grassy area adjacent the library.. u know on the way to the X buildings... the walk is soo pretty and nice.. mainly because of the lovely autumny looking trees, plus its just an awsome to have a nap and a great place when you want to be alone.


When I'm with people- the bean bag room!! i only ever go up there fridays 9am-11am and the upstairs cafeteria inside/outside Also outside on the grass just outside the downstairs caf, u know where the harry potter statue is... just abit further down

Before any of you asks, yes this is another one of my procrastination threads.

ALONE:
level 4 library overlooking the lake...i am seldom alone hence im never in the library.

WIFEY:
lake, outside etc. Used to be chillout room but not really anymore...Don't really stay at uni when we're together

PEOPLE: bar, chillout room perhaps, mq centre.

I can't see myself willingly leaving mac for any other uni.

my favourite place would have to be further down from the harry potter statue whether alone or with people. it's so spacious, airy, pretty, quietish and green.

my next favourite place is probably the grass next to the library, for the same reasons as before but it's not as spacious.

Yeah, what are these bean bag and chill out rooms? Are the SAM things? If so, I never venture into SAM past the food court (which would explain why).

Alone: Well, I'm rarely alone at uni with my Hubby (following Supra's lead), but I like sitting on that grass on the way down to x5b, like Anne. Its so pretty! Also love the hilly bit over near SAM which is kinda looking out onto the lake, its lovely at sundown... (the Harry Potter area).

And Steve and I have "our" grass, which is the grass outside c4a.

I love our campus! It's so gorgeous! I was walking along the pathway between all the e-buildings up that path which is surrounded by trees and its all nice and autumn-y and gold. Sigh.

i love that pathway near e.

i think when finished the new path will add a nice and modern touch to the campus. especially the library area.

tuesdays - in the computing lab laptop area in the morning
in the afternoon the Mac Theatre waiting for lecture to start

wednesdays - E7B Courtyard on one of the tables if I can find a space, if not the laptop area or level 4 of the library on the comfy seats near the door
Later in the afternoon I am usually up on the SAM terrace overlooking the lake with a friend

fridays - after 12, SAM terrace overlooking the lake with friends.
