Compensation is nothing. When will the Federal and State governments punish Hardie and its senior management - people who knew of the fatal risks that their products had on users. These people have ran overseas and so they should be extradicted and brought back here and put on trial for mass murder - they have killed thousands with thousands more to come. I encourage people in the BOS forum to take moral responsibilty and go to the next anti-Hardie rally scheduled for March in Sydney.

They won't, because they've got one hand in the governments pocket, and the other one is smoking an asbestos cigarette.

Same thing with Labor. Even though they didn't accept Hardie's donation in respect to victims and unions they wanted to look pro-business like the Liberals.

They should be burned at the stake. Truth is, they've been running around and performing cunning stunts for so long they've got it perfected to a fine art. Most victims will probably die before they get brought to justice. And relatives can't sue unless they can prove they personally suffered from the deceased's asbestosis. That would be for iffy things like 'secondary asbestosis' or 'psychiatric damages'. Notoriously hard to prove so who's going to belive the victim's relatives or show sympathy for them?
