Which units should someone who wants to be a CFO do (1 Viewer)

Im going to UWS in Business and Commerce and was wondering if anyone knew what qualifications and units one should take on

Im majoring in Accounting, and CFO= Chief Financial Officer, generally considered second highest position in a company after the CEO

hey mate, u mite not get recognition to do CPA/CA if you do Bus and Com for Accounting i advise you to do Business (Accounting) if you want to become a CFO :)

ummm. CFO's are basically accountants but you cant be one just after finishng a bachelors.
you might want to be a CPA or CA as theone123 said and then progress onto other advacned programs becoz you will need alot of experience and not just in accounting but other business areas to help you make yourself more 'outstanding'

Yeah i know it will take at least a decade or two to become a CFO cause my uncle was one

Yeah but i plan on doing all the electives that are necessary for CPA associate level, i know that on the CPA website it doesn't say that my course is accrediatable but i guess it will change or won't matter, after choosing the electives. But im not sure
