~70/120 average id assume, but most likely lower.

the average for 99 was 73.83

99 also had quite a small candidature, 2004 has a much larger candidature. It may be the case that these extra students are not particularly strong 4u students, which would lower the average significantly.

Oh, and i agree that 99 was easier.
