Part One: Racism in the Race.

Recent polling indicates that racism could play a large part in the race. It would seem that it is the 'black vote' and not the 'white vote' which has the potential to change the results in many of the swing votes and essentially the results themselves.

Which begs the question, the left-swinging media have been immersing themselves in the so-called 'Bradley Effect', where white voters vote for McCain in the ballot box, but what about the opposite effect in which black people vote for Obama? Certainly the latter seems to be more widespread in its nature.

"Blacks make up around 12% of the voting population and are the Democratic Party's most reliable ethnic constituency, although historically they have voted in lower numbers than other groups.

This year, opinion polls show that more than 90% of blacks who vote could cast a ballot for Obama, in part because of racial solidarity with a candidate who would be the first black president in US history."

Part Two: Palin Effigy - A double standard

Another example of institutionalised bias against Republicans? The media in America, and Australia for that matter, are completely left-wing. That's already been established. However is this incident another example of double-standards working against the Republicans because of race? Let me give you the context:

"Ghosts, goblins, gargoyles . . . and Sarah Palin hanging by a noose?

That's the latest imagery of the Republican vice presidential candidate and her running mate John McCain on display at a West Hollywood home that has been decorated for Halloween.
The outdoor decor features a mannequin dressed as Palin, wearing a red business suit, eyeglasses and brunette beehive wig, hanging by a noose off the chimney. Right above her, a devilish John McCain emerges from the chimney with paper flames surrounding him.

Some neighbors say it's just wrong to depict a vice presidential candidate that way.

Chad Michael Morisette, who lives in the house, told CBS 2 News that the effigy would be out of bounds at any other time of year, but it's within the spirit of Halloween.

"It should be seen as art, and as within the month of October. It's Halloween, it's time to be scary, it's time to be spooky," Morisette said."

I personally, think that this is disgraceful. If this were an effigy of Obama it would be out of bounds and taken down immediately as because it would be seen as a 'hate crime'. Yes, I understand that the plight of African Americans makes such an effigy somewhat different, but still, it should still be taken down.

The LA County Sheriff's Office did not agree. They think it was all fun and have allowed the effigy to remain hanging on the house. A double standard? I certainly think so.

As promised, here's some information about Obama's questionable campaign fundraising.
"Even Osama could donate to Obama

Andrew Bolt – Tuesday, October 28, 08

No one has raised so much money for a US election campaign as Barack Obama, with $600 million raised so far and counting. If he were a Republican the media would scream about the buying of this election.

But attorney Scott Johnson at the New York Post says the Obama campaign’s famed on-line donation system “invites fraud”:

It has chosen to operate an online contribution system that facilitates illegal falsely sourced contributions, illegal foreign contributions and the evasion of contribution limits.

And truckloads of cash may be being driven through those holes, given that no candidate has ever received so many unsourced donations:

The campaign’s records reveal big contributors with names like “Doodad Pro” (employer: “Loving,” profession: “You") and “Good Will” (same employer and profession). Both donated via credit card. Other reports have suggested that some donations come from overseas - raising the question of whether Obama is accepting donations from foreigners, another violation of federal law.

So a test was devised::

He returned to the Obama site and made three more donations using the names Osama bin Laden, Saddam Hussein and Bill Ayers, all with different addresses but the same credit card. The transactions all went through. By Saturday, he’d reported that the transactions had all posted to his credit-card account.

In another test, the National Journal sends a dodgy donation to the Obama and McCain camps:

The Obama campaign’s Web site accepted the $25 donation, but the McCain campaign’s Web site rejected it. Rebecca Donatelli, president of Campaign Solutions of Alexandria, Va., which processes donations for John McCain, said her system rejected the donation because American Express could not verify that the donor lived at the address given with the online contribution."

ITT some spacktard reposting drudge report spam. Seriously, go fuck yourself.

OMG IT TURNS OUT OBAMA IS BLACK AND THE BRADLEY EFFECT MEANS THAT ACORN USES WILLIAM AYERS TO TURN ALL REPUBLICAN VOTERS FOR SARAH PALIN INTO SOCIALISTS AND THAT REVEREND WRIGHT HAS JOE THE PLUMBER LOCKED UP IN A BLACK SUPREMACIST TRAILER PARK.

Hint: Obama is a billion times better than McBain/Retard. If you don't think so you're a fucking idiot and as an aside did you know that the more drano you drink the less socialism there is? Seriously, TRY IT OUT!

Right-wingers are all old, poor, super-rich, racist, ignorant, stupid, white trash, worthless shit-stains on the face of the planet, causing wars, inequality and the exploitation of foreign countries for their own sick gain. McCain is a fucking populist retard with bullshit policies and Palin is a dumb bitch just there to regain the female vote.

IF ANYTHING, deep seated racism in American society and irrational fears will reduce the amount of votes for Obama as the fear mongering, slanderous and sometimes outright incorrect Republican campaign will penetrate the weak mind of the American voter.

EDIT: And [stuff it up your jumper]

Obama's associations are questionable. Terrorists like Bill Ayers, extremists such as Reverand Wright, corrupt groups such as ACORN, extreme socialists and on it goes.

Obama's tax policy is complete ridiculous. He has promised tax breaks for 95% of Americans and 40% of funds going to those who don't even work, during a time in which tax breaks for the wealthy are needed to promote spending and entice them. Wealth redistribution, give me a BREAK. As Obama said to Joe the Plumber 'spreading the wealth' under Marxist and socialist notions.

Obama's experience is next to nil. Yet he still found time to write two memoirs. Remind you of anyone? Kevin Rudd, empty shell, self-absorbed, but still empty.

Obama is the Left-est person in the Senate. He has voted 'yes' or more left-wing Bills than any of his colleagues, ANY of them. The Wall Street Journal has even stated that he is the most liberal in the whole senate, and they're left-wing!

Obama is for the first time in American history receiving campaign funds from unsourced persons. McCain is not. That means a terrorist could donate money online to Obama. See my next post for more information on this.

Obama is a fence-sitter, in Illanois he voted 'yes' and 'no' something like 9 times each and 'present' 97 times. Present is basically an abstention, meaning he has no view of his own.

Obama is a completely egocentric. He handles any media outlet which doesn't support him with contempt... which luckily for him is very very few... Fox News and a few newspapers and Barbara West, a reporter who asked Biden about Marxist policies and has, with her media station, now been ostracised by the Democrats for the remained of the campaign. (Interviews were cancelled)

Obama's policy on climate change is ridiculous.

Obama's health policy is verging on fascist, dictating your health insurance rather than allowing you to choose it.

Sorry, could someone clarify this for me, why is it that people are voting for Obama again? Oh that's right....... he embodies change.

Let's not forget that he's black though, and isn't that an all changing factor? (Note the sarcasm)

Same Left-wingers who thought Kevin Rudd embodied change. Too many people see Obama as a magic-quick-fix to all of America's problems in the world. A breath of fresh air. A way to get America out of debt and win the war in Iraq honourably. Restore American heregomy in the world. Well my question out there to the 328 people who voted for the Democrats on the other Presidential Election Thread is, on what grounds do you believe this?

Obama can't hack a free media, and who's to say he won't suppress it as soon as he comes to office with his almighty majority? Change, for sure, but will it be for the better?

To use the latest example from the trail, (actually from the McCain advertisement.)

Obama - RISKY

McCain - PROVEN

OP: get a life much?

Its funny how republicans(young libs/libs) spend hours finding obama's flaws - oh his black, yes his black, oh his black?/ really that dude is black?/ middle name is hussein?/his muslim?/jesus, his muslim?/ ties with acorn/ ayres/ ..........

but don't take into account how McCain came second last in his cohort in good old military college, and cos his a maverich crashed his plane 2 times whilst carrying out orders...

I wouldn't want a doctor who came second last in his cohort to drill into my brain, nor would i wan't a barrister who came last in his cohort defending me in a murder trial, do you want an American president who came second last in his cohort running the US and the free world? I mean its okay if his VP is a genius, but she's a nutjob...

Obama is not only SANE, but also quite educated, thats not all thats required for presidency but, its +1 from me...

In debates, Obama's responses are well thought out and intelligent. McCain blabbers on about crap, avoids the question and bases his policies on irrational, often underlyingly xenophobic emotions.

Fuck off Republicans with your ridiculous one-liners.

No one has said that being black is a flaw. It's not. What I said was that one can't deny that race is playing a factor in this race. So don't take my words out of context.

And about Obama's ties with ACORN. What's so Republican about highlighting that? His ties are questionable. (period) That says alot about his character, and yours if you think that electorial fraud is acceptable.

I'm not a Republican or a Democrat, but in the race of 2008, I support McCain.

I'm smart enough to make up my own mind fairly. To me, it's been proven time and time again that Republicans and the right-wing ideology are just downright retarded. I'd rather vote for a plank of wood than McCain or any fucking leech Republican. Open your eyes and realise what is going on here.

Thanks. lol.

In my defence though, I have to say, it's hard to type a large quantity of grammatically correct text when the posting box is so small and editing so difficult.
