Why can't i view 'General Discussion on the 2011 HSC' sticky threads? (1 Viewer)

I'm pretty sure its sticky threads. I'm new here so still learning, but i look at all posible solutions and can't find anything.

BoS is currently in the process of being restored, unfortunately, threads created between September 2002 and December 2010 aren't currently viewable.

I would like to update you on the progress of the update, but we're still not informed on any dates as of yet. I believe it is a very complex process of transferring data and ensuring that everything is encrypted correctly (and backed-up). But I'm not fluent in this sort of stuff.
