They haven't yet so I doubt they will, which means the top 100 is all you are going to get...for now.

A new law prohibits the papers from publishing in their print editions rankings beyond the top 10% of schools. Hence the change from 200 to 100.

Does the term 'document' include online publications?

I suppose we could potentially obtain the required stats under FOI, but it would be difficult in working out what to ask for.
