Just wondering if anyone has done the Wills and Estates Practice as an elective in their GDLP through College of Law? If so - would you recommend steering clear of if if you haven't done wills in the LLB? Or is it manageable without having done so?
I am currently in the predicament of having 4 electives to choose from, none of which I have done in the LLB and whilst wills seems pretty useful to do I have been warned off it by a lot of people - I have heard that it is quite difficult to do compared with the other available electives if you haven't done wills as an undergraduate unit. However, none of these people have themselves actually done the GDLP wills unit so they may or may not be accurate
Thanks
