whos looking forward to windows to go? =D
Yep.So basically it's something that pretty much all Linux distros have been doing for 5 or so years?
hmmmm i miss the good old days of XP ^^lol... i'm not very interested in the metro interface and feel no need for it. i can't help but think microsoft has put itself into a bit of a corner where it's target market are people who are already windows users and may not really feel the need to upgrade. i mean i still use WinXP on my serious work machines and for hectic processing. only reason i'd get win8 is if it came with my next work machine.
Yeah I agree with you there, I dont think they actually had a real need for it. I mean I wouldn't really switch over to it, I like Windows 7, used to like XP too, but 7 is a lot more efficient with the resource allocation from what I've experienced and hence lags a little less.lol... i'm not very interested in the metro interface and feel no need for it. i can't help but think microsoft has put itself into a bit of a corner where it's target market are people who are already windows users and may not really feel the need to upgrade. i mean i still use WinXP on my serious work machines and for hectic processing. only reason i'd get win8 is if it came with my next work machine.
