Whats one written and one archaeological source which gives us information about Athenian women???

Written: the Hippocratic corpus (about the nature of woman and her health- very useful as to the view of women- all women, not just Athenian, but can be used for Athens). It's a bit tough to read and some of the theories (like the movable womb) are a bit freaky, but it's a source that specifically deals with women.

Oh, and for something a bit easier: Pericles said something (Thucydides) to the public and told the women not to mourn- something along the lines of "you should be seen and not heard"
