I recently applied for a position at a Woolworths store for Longlife Assistant (Part-time). I want to know what exactly a Longlife Assistant does and how long it takes for the HR manager to reply with a successful/rejection call/email? When I applied, there was about 5 days left of the application open.

longlife assistant is kinda like nightfill, but during the day.

if you're successful they will call you in time. if not they will send an email....many many days later. but don't hold your breath. apply for other jobs/places too.

They called me a day after I applied. It was regarding my application, what the job involves, days and time available and personal questions. They said they would forward my details to the store and I'll be contacted in the next few days regarding an interview?

Woolies never EVER replied me.

Not even saying stuff like.. I wasn't accepted, etc
