Working at council elections (1 Viewer)

Does anyone have any idea how much they pay you for working at the elections in Victoria... counting votes and stuff? There's a local council one coming up in november and they want people, but I can't find out how much they get paid anywhere!

That's the roles and wages for the NSW elections so I'd say Victoria would have similar rates, if not the same. Is it that crucial to know? I mean it's only one day of work anyway.

Not sure if its going to be the same rates, etc, but anyway. My mum just worked at the WA State election, 7am-9pm, and she got $430 (before tax) for the day.

Goddamn the pay rate is good, nearly $500 in 1 day.
