What happens if your teacher loses your assessment task? Do you automatically get a zero?

Wow, that means they are incompetent. I don't see why you'd get a zero seeing as it wasn't your fault, and they should have a record that you handed it in by the date...I don't know what the procedure would be though, it might be unfair to just re submit it because people could add stuff in so I dunno what would happen.

It would be the teacher's fault so don't worry too much bud. It happened to me last year in prilim, i sat my test and 6 weeks later i was told my test had been lost. I just re-sat it off the top of my head, metaphorically of course ;)

Our teacher lost our plant assignments in our junior years. Never seen it since. Anyway you will be fine.
