Writing A Personal Reflection for my PIP Help Me!!! (1 Viewer)

I was wondering what you guys knew about writing a personal reflection in my PIP.
Can you give me any tips or stuff about it? Or tell me where I can find stuff?
My PIP is about and the way that they are stereotyped as spoilt brats so as an only child myself I wanted to give input on it. Also because I'm interviewing other only children I know I want to compare my questionnaire results with my experience and partly other only childrens experiences.

writing a personal reflection is the easiest part of the PIP. you basically bring in your own personal experiences. Not so much your opinion, but maybe your thoughts etc.
What is your PIP about? Some PIPs do not require personal reflection.
