Writting a discursive piece for critical response (1 Viewer)

Today I was talking to my teacher on what to do if trials / hsc specifies a critical response for Literary Worlds. She said that you can write a discursive. Is this true??? She's been an advanced hsc marker, but I don't believe that she has marked EE1 before.
