How do you let your teeth get to that point?
The biggest problem is actually that modern, cheap products containing synthetic sugar (best example is Coke) are sold in countries where there is no social infrastructure (eg cleaning your teeth) for dealing with it.

ahhhhhh!!!!!!!!
My old neighbour had teeth like that. Like years and years back. She was always chewing on something that looked like chilli but we figured it couldn't of been chilli. Years later my brother and I figured it could have been tamarind balls but that would have been equally disgusting. She always seemed happy though. Nice little old lady.
