Hey all,

How good is it that Melbourne is hosting the Commonwealth Games!!!!

What are all your thoughts so far on the performances by certain people??

The Aussies are doing heaps good, particularly in the cycling and swimming.

What sport do you like watching the most??

I like watching any sport really .

Vicki Parnov, she's one for the future, Kym Howe will be competitive in Beijing if she keeps improving. Good to see big Jason Dudley get the bronze in the Decathlon - could have been Gold if he could run a decent 1500! I'm stoked with the athletics teams performance, only 3 less gold than the swimming in what was definatly a more competitve arena.

Commonwealth games suck dick - theres no competition.

In other news I know one of our medalists, he works at a Canberra nightclub (Mooseheads for any canberrans out there). Steve Rudic a super heavyweight boxer took out a bronze medal.

Just curious... I live in Melbourne and i've been going to events and really enjoyed it all... what's the general consensus been interstate? Have you guys been following the Games much?

the games were awsome

we kicked butt...yayy

my fav sports were the swimming, cycling, athletics, especially pole vault.

woot....

i watched the games like everyday...it was like the only thing that was on my up stairs tv ...but i was the only one in my family who liked watching it...the rest are losers

i heard the closing ceremony was crap...i still have to watch it...
