You know how your UAI is a rank that is based off your year 10 cohort, and assumes that this is the rank you would've got if EVERYONE who sat the school certificate sat the hsc.

So do they just allocate the BOTTOM UAIS to the people who drop out after year 10, meaning (hypothetically) if 40% of people dropped out after year 10, the UAC would assume that they got the bottom 40% of uais, so if u were LAST in the HSC, your UAI would be 40 (since u are bottom off all that sat the HSC, but they automatically put u above all those who dropped out)?

Question 2:
Are SC marks moderated or raw?

To answer your first question, I'm pretty sure that's what happens. :)

To answer your second question, no bloody clue. Sorry :D
