Hello everyone,
i have a youth allownace dilemma
i finished by high school studies in 2005, but did not take a gap year (went straight to uni). however since finishing high school, i have worked full time every holiday/ break etc..
however in trying to claim youth allowance independence, i am around $611 out from receiving it (the 17,667 - the period i am taking).
do you think if i apply and go into centrelink that they would give it to me, even though i have not earnt the amount, this is especially so as i work full time during holiday breaks so i can support myself at uni (paying books, college fees etc).
this is my only option, as if i dont take the exact time period, i have to move up to the next bracket $18,525, which would give my no hope of getting
so can anyone here offer me any help
thanks
