Hi, we’re Georgia and Yueyue from Ace HSC Specialist Tuition in West Ryde. In 2014, we graduated from James Ruse Agricultural High School and sat the HSC.

Yueyue: 99.95 ATAR
98 HSC English Adv. (8th in state, 2nd internally in school)

In the past few months, we’ve been hard at work developing an ACE English Course specifically catered for Preliminary Year 11 students. Having taken in our personal English experiences while meticulously writing resource materials, we believe that this course will truly improve your results. This term, we’ll be covering the Area of Study (Paper 1). Our course will suit all possible Areas of Study, whether it be Belonging, Journeys, etc.

Week 1: [03rd March 2015] Seminar 1: Introduction to HSC English & In-depth Study of the Comprehension task (Section 1)
Week 2: Seminar 2: In-depth Study of Creative Writing
(Section 2)
Week 3: One-on-one tutorials*
Week 4: Seminar 3: In-depth Study of AoS Essay
Writing (Section 3)
Week 5: One-on-one tutorials
Week 6: Seminar 4: A detailed walk-through of a sample AoS
Week 7: One-on-one tutorials

In the Weeks 2, 4 & 6, students are encouraged to send in digital submissions of their essays/creatives for online help. *Markers will give detailed feedback.
*During one-on-one tutorials, markers meet up with students to thoroughly explain their feedback and give suggestions for improvement. *
