But, I dont know what to do. I like both uni's, for different reasons. All four of my best friends are either going to be in Sydney or Newcastle next year, so I really dont want to go to Melbourne. My parents seem to just LOVE Melbourne though, and living in different states with them isnt very appealing to me.

If you were me, which uni would you prefer? Please vote for me, and post if you have any good reasons for your vote.

Thank you guys so much!

Edit: I might just add, the offers are made for MBBS for both uni's, so you might want to take the reputations for that faculty of each uni into account.

Go to the one closer to home, nobody cares where you did your med degree once you graduate and all graduates have the same knowledge. both are good universities so just go to the closest one?

Your name looks familiar. Do you happen to be ssejamafone's friend?

LOL I actually put combined law degree on my preference list.
I'm on MSO aswell...

If you are also interested in persuing law, i'd suggest you pick Monash.

bonded = you get in with lower score but you have to sign a contract to work at workforce shortage places for 3 - 6 years

unbonded = you are a free man

LOL yes someone on MSO asked me add them on MSN so they could persuade me to go to Monash.

I might add, he is waiting for a place in UNSW in the later rounds.

Thats ok, I changed my mind that you should go to monash anyway, like I told you. The UNSW vote was because I'm a selfish bitch and don't want you to go so far away. lol fixed.

Made up your mind yet, anyway?
Still thinking actually. But I am going to make a final decision soon to make life happier and more convenient for people still waiting for MBBS places.
