Say you forget your calculator for a Maths test. How would you do stuff like square root, log, sin, cos, tan, power of e, inverse trig and other stuff.

leave them in the most simplified form
or in your head if its possible

You can do the easy one's in your head or leave in the simplest form (even if thats complicated)

^^ I meant finding stuff like sin20 or loge6.
Just leave it as it is in unevaluated form. Unless you are told to round off your answer, that's usually the final answer anyway.
Bottom line is to always REMEMBER to bring your calculator (preferably 2 if you can)!!! :p

lol. yeah my answer was going to be 'just don't forget your calculator'.

i did that once, stressed, and the maths dept found me one. lol.

turns out i didn't forget it. someone put their bag on top of it, and i found it at the end of the test.

i forgot my calculator in yr 8 half yearly i think but i still beat lots of people

if it asks for 3sig fig or something like that which NEEDS a clacultor you should do a little note saying you frogot it and provide a small definition if you're that pendantic
