I have a compulsary course advisory day on the 4th of February for Psych at bankstown however I am on holiday from the 31/01 til the 08/02.

Can anyone tell me who I should call to discuss this with? I am thinking because late round offers come out on 9pm that day there should be another day I can attend, hopefully.

Yeah, pretty much. I don't know why the hell they say it's compulsory when they don't even bother to tell the students via email, etc!!! :haha:

Ended up going to the course advisory for mine.. was a load of crap.
The lecturer stood there and explained how to navigate the website, where to find the handbook and then pretty much said "and then you enrol in whatever units the handbook says you should..." and then talked about plagiarism.
The end.

Also it was hardly compulsory, maybe ~15 students.

^ Yeah, most of the sessions are. Well if you handn't been able to navigate the website you wouldn't of found out and hence be there, the irony.

I doubt it, anything important should be repeated in your first couple of lectures. I never turned up, and was fine.

The only thing i want to go to the day for is for my elective choices.

Are we allowed to choose whatever electives we want as long as they don't have a prerequisite which is another uni course??

I'm so gonna spank you for that one. :haha:

Yeah, 12 pm at Hawkesbury. I hope you don't get lost now.

Sullyman: The only electives that you can really choose from at Hawkesbury are Introduction to anatomy, Fundamentals of Mathematics and Physics 1. 2nd Semester: I think it's Biometry that's recommended.
