anyone a little nervous?

I don't think any one of my mates are going to UNSW from what i know of so far!

So during 'o-week' i will be all alone! Hopefully its easy to meet new people...
It is and it will get easier once university starts.

As for the speed dating, it'll turn into a mess because of time contraints and overpopularity amongst the first years. And then you have people just coming and going into the line, screwing up the order to the point where you're paired up with another member of your own sex, hahhaa.

Thank god I didn't have to organise that event last year.

On top of that, the roundhouse is a shit venue anyway.

Where do you work?
"Global Gossip"

Its a call centre for International Phone cards. Its pretty good, $17 in normal times and $19 at nights.

Its very very quiet now as the entire system is down :)

Apparently, the organising team for oweek have been pretty slack this year. I'm under the impression this year's event wont live up to previous years.

The Oweek website is a mess. O-week forums are practically non-existent as well considering why BOS is picking up the slack already when it comes to first-year questions.

Not a good sign so far.

nah probably gonna turn into a last minute assignment of sorts. Within a week of o-week all the info will explode on the website.

edit: in an attempt to access the oweek website: "Warning - visiting this web site may harm your computer!"

Hey guys, i gotta question.

Is there some HECS website that tells you how much money you have owing for your degree?
I know this info is on my.unsw, but the money gets deferred via hecs, so im wondering if there's a separate site specifically for hecs that tells us how much we have paid and how much we have owing.
