When applying through the UAC for a second bachelors degree, how do they calculate the new entrance score? Because my UAI was pretty bad due to a real lack of work in high school (81.15). However i've managed a distinction average and am going into my final year in my current degree (computer science). Once complete, will this be enough to meet the ~91 for med sci? i did fail 1 3CP subject 1st year but made up for it with a D at summer school.

In my experience a distinction average for previous uni studies will get you into most anything. Treated as equivalent to 95+ entry requirement.

you should be able to transfer into most courses with a distinction average. i barely had a credit average and was able to transfer into eng/sci (uai is about 90-93 for that i think?).
