Hehe made an awesome brekkie since no uni 2day:
-sausage omelette
-toast with strawberry marmalade
and... a cup of soft drink lol...

was so good today and yep fucked it up


small serving of all bran with skim milk
mixed lettuce, tomato, tuna in brine
bug bunch of sweet as grapes
grapefruit yoghurt

and then
some egg and meat ghee laden dish that nagibeh made but omg was so good. only had a bit but still :(:(

i'm just trying to be healthy and tone up and shit yeh
maybe lose a little weight... i'm doing it like this cos i'm afraid it will go from my chest
so i don't mind the fatty treats here and there.

ooft i had the WORST day yesterday.. ate SO badly

Breakfast: Eggs and toast
Snack: Packet of chips
Lunch: Seafood Gnocci
Snack: Chocolate Cake with chocolate fudge in the middle and chocolate topping :s
Dinner: Chicken stirfry & Rice
Dessert: Chocolate bavarian cheesecake :s
THEN I went out for a few drinks i had
Three sugary cocktails in addition to wine
Shared a packet of chips with my boyfriend
Shared 2 plates of wedges and sour cream with a few friends

WANTED TO DIE THIS MORNING


Im hoping to make up for it today:
Breakfast: Turkish toast with ricotta & honey
Lunch: Leb bread with tabbouleh and toum
Carrot sticks for snack later and NO DESERT WHATSOEVER TODAY

attempted: tea and a glass of water. threw up both

succeeded: a chocolate biscuit, 2 grapes and a couple of cashews 5 hours later. plus water.

I. Am. So. Dead.

From now on every weekend shall be spent in the company of my cat and a book. And no alcohol ever

i've been quite bad but made up for it [not really, but i'll tell myself that] by the hour of dance practice i did.

bowl of porridge.
a mini cupcake [they're too good to resist.]
small chai latte.
leftover chicken pad thai.
ham sandwich.

lunch: chicken salad roll

snacks: tic tacs and cold+flu preventer vitamin things

chinese foodz for dinner woooooooo mm spring rolls *fat*
