apparently there was a test done where some scientists poured soft drink on a bone of a pig and it began to erode.

The massive amounts of sugar I would assume. Especially in massive servings eg. super size maccas cokes.

I drink copious amounts of pepsi max.
But i never drink soft drinks with sugar.

Apparently the sweetener in max can lead to pancreatic cancer in the long run.

Yea what about Pepsi max, for those who can't tell the difference in taste to normal Pepsi. Pepsi max has no kilojules or calories. Like literally, you can drink over 1000 cans of the stuff a day and you wouldn't reach your reccomended dietry intake. (but you would die). But yea, it has not sugar or fat right? so what's wrong with it? holds up fat in your stomach - citation needed, causes cancer - citation needed. Normal pepsi has over 20 times the amount of calories than pepsi max.

There have been objections to the sweetners used to sweeten "diet" soft drinks (Phenylalanine is one, I think).
