Torrent downloads on UTS Wireless (1 Viewer)

so I was wondering if anyone has tried dling from torrents using the UTS wireless (from laptop obviously).

Not going to try it, but I was thinking if the IT geeks at UTS can block MSN messenger, would they be able to somehow block out torrent dling.
