Hi,

Could someone please do the question below? I think the answer is wrong in the book

The velocity of a particle is given by V=6t-12t² ms^-1. Find its displacement and acceleration after 3 seconds if it is initially 5m to the right of the origin.

Yeah... But it's DISPLACEMENT.... ie, vector sum of the distance covered from t=0 and t=5 (how can motion start before t=0??)
