What makes the UAI between the course differ so much? Is the International exchange partly paid for or something along those lines?

Yeah I think that's pretty much the only difference. Although they are both being replaced by a new course - Liberal Arts and Sciences

oh. When's that coming around?

Next year. One of theses sites says its subject to final approval, but the other doesn't, so I'm guessing it's been approved

Also, Combined arts/science is changing to 4 instead of 5 years, so that'll be similar to Lib Studies now
