!!!URGENT!!! Too late to apply? (1 Viewer)

Hey guys!

I just came back from an overseas mission trip to Indonesia and I have failed to send supportive documents to UAC before the final date (Yesterday, 12 June).
Furthermore, my academic transcripts from my institution were not available until the final week of mid year applications.

I have already listed my preference and study details online but all is left is supportive evidence of my requested High school certificate.

I hope it is not too late. Will this jeopardise my application???
Do you guys think it is best to go down to UAC's head office in Homebush?

Any replies are much appreciated.

Can you still access Online Applicant Services from the UAC main site? Other than telling you that you can change your preferences up until the 19th, I don't think many people here can help you further.

I'd suggest calling UAC first on (02) 9752 0200, tell them your situation and find out where to go from there.

maybe wait till main rounds? you've already jeopordised mid year entry...

If completely stuck, Open Uni's third study period starts end of August, close of enrolments is Aug 14. No entry requirements, can do heaps of different undergrad subjects by distance from RMIT, Monash, Griffith, Macquarie etc. Might be able to count to your chosen degree if have to wait for 2010. SP4 runs Nov - Feb so you can squeeze in a second 'semester' too before you start the main thing.

"IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

1. This form and the attached documentary evidence should be received by UAC on or before Wednesday 13 May 2009.

2. Documents must be received by:
- Tuesday 9 June 2009 to be processed for the Early Round of offers
- Friday 19 June 2009 to be processed for the Main Round of offers"

I forgot to mention that this is ONLY for supportive documentation.

Yes, this means that you have until the 19th June to submit your supporting documentation for your application.

Pretty straightforward. Otherwise, be smart and call them.
