Let's do a comparison of foods in the:

City/Suburbs:

  • Farm animals nourished on steroids and antibiotics.
  • Sprayed fruit, waxed to look shiny.
  • Frozen or canned vegetables.
  • Fast foods.

Woods/Wild/Battlefield:

  • Venison, rabbit, pheasant, fish, etc.
  • Wild apples, coconut.
  • Fresh tubers, salads.
  • Fast. Don't eat.

That's why the people in the woods/wild stay healthy, live longer and perhaps enjoy life more.
I would need a refrigerator to store frozen goods but to aquire fresh food all I need is my knife as a bare minimum.
Of course the typical metropolitan person is spoilt and thrives too often on processed foods.
I'm tired of city food.
When I fought in the Middle East, Alaska and America, I only ate processed food if it was stolen or acquired from enemy storages. The rest of my food supply and rations was through hunting and gathering.

I prefer fresh rustic food,
but you seem to be delusional to the fact that we don't have wild game here.

all we have are kangaroos.

the food we eat in the suburbs is processed.
everything is.
