Hi BOS, I'm at the 24 hrs access library in Lismore Base Hospital. Woot. Left Hornsby at 7:45am yesterday and arrived at the hospital (our accomodation) at just before 8pm. My god, 12 hours on the train...yuck. Then again, flights were so expensive and I don't envy the guy who drove up and who had no other driver to help because he drove manual and the passengers drove auto. Have to say though, upon arriving at Casino last night, everyone was staring at us--two Asian and one Filipino girl. Apparently all the Asians placed at Casino also received stares too. Are we really that rare up there? Or is it because we have "Sydney" plastered across our foreheads (metaphorically of course)

Anyway, Internet is unrestricted except for Facebook, which is a major bummer but that's ok, can deal with it. First day of placement today was so tiring. I hope it gets better, our preceptor simply chucked us to the two pre-reg students there and how much can they honestly know? Hmph.

EDIT: Didn't realise how obscene BOS really is until the browser keeps blocking pages because they have too many "questionable words". Oh well.

depends what airline you use.... IF you use singapore you can be on the ground in Zurich within 24hours from leaving sydney.

Today should be fun. My only day this week not working . Going into da city to have coffee n lunch with a lady friend. Hopefully it doesn't rain. Then the fun of working tomorrow ,thursday and friday. YAAAY
