HSTY1034 or HSTY1044? (1 Viewer)

Im torn between the two. Both seem really interesting and also the assignment and examinations are pretty much the same. I was wondering if anyone could offer me any suggestions? I know that there is a thread dedicated to subject criticism, but I was wondering specifically between these two subjects?

I think the main difference is time period. From what I understand, HSTY1044 covers things like WWII, Germany, the Cold War, etc--so it seems much more political than HSTY1034, which looks like it covers the "everyday histories" of the people. Anyway, you could email the course coordinators if you're still having trouble making up your mind. They can be quite helpful if you have specific questions about the courses.
