Can anyone back me up on this issue, i heard that if you wake up early in the morning (say around 4-5am) after ~30min of daily routine, brush teeth, exercise etc... someone said to me that your brain is the most active and that its the best time to look at your theory until around midday where you would start doing past paper....
wondered if that true about the brain, that it can absorb more information earlier in the morning when it is fresh... the problem is that i always fall asleep or doze off... maybe I'm not pushing hard enough... ????

Ideally about 3am is best, but most are too tired. I'm not a daytime person, I prefer working at night.

But generally when I have tried to get up earlier, I'm more efficient than I am during midday.

Probably, bad willpower. Shower as soon as you get up, drink orange juice and/or water. No solids if you're not used to getting up early. Or, even better get adequate sleep beforehand, then get up at 4/5
